Khurram Naik

Host of Khurram’s Quorum◇Partner at Freshwater Counsel

I’m Khurram Naik, host of Khurram’s Quorum, a podcast about how elite lawyers make decisions. For nearly six years, I’ve been in conversation with managing partners, judges, and high-performing lawyers about the choices that define careers.

I’m also a partner at Freshwater Counsel, a legal recruiting agency focused on patent litigation and elite litigators. The podcast and the recruiting work are connected: both run on the same flywheel of network and insight.
